Description
Oh, Boo! is one of a series for Gary Knowles’ Christmas Children’s Story – “The Donkey Book.”
Banjo loves Betty but is too shy to tell her. He figured he would give her flowers some day and ask Santa if he would give them both a ride in his sleigh. However, young little Boo went and told Betty that Banjo loved her and so now Banjo is upset. The other donkeys now know and are also telling Boo he should not have told Betty.

Banjo:
Oh Boo! Oh Boo!
Well what the others said now is that true?
Oh Boo! Oh Boo!
Did you tell Betty “ Banjo he loves you” ?
Oh Boo! Dear Boo!
Now I was gonna tell her in good time
Oh Boo! Oh Boo!
Now when I see her what am I to find?
Will she go and say she loves me
Or send me away?
Boo I must say thanks to you
I don’t have any say
I had planned on flowers
And a ride in Santa’s sleigh
Oh Boo! Oh Boo! Oh Boo!
Banjo & (others)
(Billy) Don’t you understand dear Boo ( Oh Boo! Oh Boo! )
It really wasn’t up to you (Well what the others said now was that true?)
To go and tell her how he feels
Even though you’re meaning well ( Oh Boo! Oh Boo!)
It really wasn’t good to tell ( Did you tell Betty “ Banjo he loves you”? )
And now it seems a real big deal
(Sue) What is Banjo now to say? ( Oh Boo! Dear Boo!)
We can’t imagine what he’ll say (Now I was gonna tell her in good time)
He would tell her in good time
Boo yes you were so out of line ( Oh Boo! Oh Boo!)
We only hope things will work out fine dear Boo (Now when I see her what am I to find?)
(Other donkeys and Banjo)
Will she go and say she loves him ( Will she go and say she loves me)
Or send him away? ( or send me away?)
Boo we must say thanks to you ( Boo I must say thanks to you)
He won’t have any say ( I don’t have any say)
He had planned on flowers ( I had planned on flowers)
And a ride in Santa’s sleigh. (And a ride in Santa’s sleigh)
Oh Boo! Boo who? Boo you! ( Oh Boo! Boo who? Boo you)
(Bobby) Don’t you understand dear Boo ( Oh Boo! Oh Boo! )
It really wasn’t up to you (Well what the others said now is that true?)
